Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

• By ordering services the Client acknowledges that they have read over and agreed to the Artist's terms of service listed below:

PAYMENTS

• Client is to pay upfront in full before any work will begin.
• I prefer PayPal and will send an invoice to the email you provide me.
• If you prefer, using Vgen is an option.
• If payment is not received in a timely manner, request may be cancelled.

REVISIONS

• Artist will work with you to revision the sketch to your liking before the line-art stage.
• If there are accessories missing or colors seem off, do not hesitate to tell the Artist.
• No major changes after the flat color stage of the illustration. (pose)
• Note that Skeb style (surprise me!) will have no revisions, as is a set, “as is” service.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Deliveries should take no longer than a month (30 days).
• If you have a set deadline, you will let the Artist know ahead of time.
• Should there be any delays, I will contact you right away and update you on the status.
• Replies to work updates should be sent in a timely manner.
• Files will be sent via email, Vgen or the client's preferred method.
• Files sent will be a high quality PNG image.

USE

• All services are for personal use, unless otherwise requested.
• Using the illustration(s) in a banner/avatar icon pfp on social media is allowed.
• If used, please provide credit and a link back to any one of my socials if possible.
• Fees will apply for commercial or merchandise use (please inquire).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Unless otherwise discussed I own the rights for the illustrations I have drawn.
• Artist may use illustrations for promotional/portfolio purposes.
• Client does not hold rights to use illustrations (in any stage) in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

REFUNDS

• There are no refunds once an illustration is finished and delivered digitally..
• In the case I am unable to finish your illustration within a month (30 days), refund amount will depend on the status. (Ex. 50% done line art/flat colors, will result in 50% refund)

COMMUNICATION

• Communication will via Email or on a platform client prefers (vgen, discord etc)
• Unless the order is a skeb (surprise me!) type service, I will update you with each step of the illustration stage before continuing forward.
